If you're not completely delighted with your order, please give us a call or email us.  We make all our products here in the US and inspect each one individually, but if something slips through the cracks please let us know.  Beth in particular would be mortified if you got one that wasn't perfect or got the wrong items in your order, but let us know anyway and we'll make it right.
